General Terms
These terms may be updated at any time without notice. I reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
If you wish to commission artwork for commercial use, please inform me beforehand— pricing and terms differ.
Complex backgrounds may increase the price based on difficulty, with prior agreement between artist and client.
Copyright & Usage
I (TomesTechnique, the artist):
- Retain full copyright over the artwork.
- Do not claim ownership of your characters or Intellectual Property.
- Reserve the right to post commissioned work online or in my portfolio.
- May cancel and refund a commission at any time.
You (the client):
- May share the artwork online with proper credit.
- May not resell, reproduce, or profit from the work without purchasing commercial rights.
- May not modify the artwork without permission.
- Retain ownership of your characters.
- May print the artwork for personal use only.
Copyright infringement includes:
- Commercial use without a license
- Claiming the art as your own
- Altering the artwork without consent
Commercial rights may be purchased upon request.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- If I have not yet started your commission, you may cancel and receive a refund (minus fees).
- If I’ve started working, refunds are no longer available due to time and effort already invested.
- If I cannot begin your commission, you’ll receive a full refund.
- Please do not initiate chargebacks — refunds will be handled directly through PayPal.
