A: I’m a self-employed artist based in Florida. I’m a fully independent digital artist.

A: My process typically involves an initial consultation, concept sketches, detailed illustrations, revisions, then final delivery. I’m happy to discuss my process in more detail with you.
Q: What software do you use?
A: I primarily work with IbisPaint X on iOS. Absolutely no AI is used, every stroke is by hand.

Q: Do you offer commissions?
A: I am currently open for commissions. To discuss a commission, please use the contact form or email TomesTechnique@gmail.com with your ideas.
Q: What is your commission process?
A: The commission process involves an initial consultation, proposal, and 50% deposit. Once confirmed, I’ll begin the initial sketch and send it (watermarked) for review. You may request limited changes during the sketch stage. After detail work begins, only minor edits are allowed; major revisions may incur an extra fee. After approval and payment, I’ll complete the artwork. You’ll receive the final piece in HD without watermark. My signature must remain visible.

A: My commission rates vary depending on the scope of the project. Please contact me for negotiations.
Q: What are your payment methods?
A: I prefer PayPal.
Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Turnaround times depend on the complexity of the project, workload, and my schedule. Larger or multi-character pieces require additional time. I typically aim to complete commissions within 3 days, but I’m happy to discuss a timeline based on your needs.
Q: What are your revision policies?
A: A limited number of revisions are included in the price, additional revisions are available at an extra cost. I’m committed to ensuring you’re happy with the final result.
Q: What file digital formats do you deliver in?
A: I deliver files in PNG, or JPG. I’m happy to discuss specific file format requirements with you.
Q: What are the printed options?
A: I can print in 4×4, 4×6, 5×7, 8×8, or 8×10 for regular prints. Canvas prints are sized at 8×10, 11×14, 12×12 and 16×20. Posters are 11×14, 12×18, 16×20, 20×30, 24×36. Magnets are available in 4×6 and 5×7. Inquire for a custom size/material.
Q: What are your working hours?
A: I’m typically available during EST business hours, M-F. I am a self-employed artist, so my availability may vary.
Q: What are your refunds policies?
A:
- If I have not yet started your commission, you may cancel and receive a refund (minus fees).
- If I’ve started working, refunds are no longer available due to time and effort already invested.
- If I cannot begin your commission, you’ll receive a full refund.
- Please do not initiate chargebacks. Refunds will be handled directly through PayPal.
